What does cutting “red-tape” in favour of business look like when it comes to protecting endangered species? The provincial government asserts the 10th Year Review of Ontario’s Endangered Species Act will ensure “positive outcomes for species” but after numerous attempts to dilute environmental and ecological protections in Ontario many people and organizations are worried. Please help ensure the provincial government understands that protection of habitat and biodiversity, with special attention paid to recovery for our at-risk species, is vitally important to Ontarians. You have until March 4 for your voice to be heard.
